ASRC Federalannounced today that its joint venturewith ATCO,, was awarded a 10-year U.S. Air Force contract to provide full-service facility operations and maintenance services at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, which comprises 15 remote long-range radar sites and two radio sites across Alaska, the largest base in the Pacific Air Force.

OriginallyestablishedduringtheCold Waras an early warning system toprotectU.S. airspace, the Alaska Radar System (ARS)remainscriticalto national security. Today, ARS providesuninterrupted surveillance to the North American Aerospace Defense Command(NORAD)and the U.S. Northern Command. ARS also provides civilaircraftinformation to the Federal Aviation Administration.

Under this contract, ARCTEC Alaska willcontinue toprovide specializedlogisticsand managementexpertisetoput in placeappropriate equipment, supplies and staff tomeet mission needs.ARCTEC has supported this program since 1994.

ASRC Federal announced today that its subsidiary, ASRC Federal Facilities Logistics, won a contract valued at up to $2.3 billion from the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) for supply chain management for its Chemicals and Packaged Petroleum Oils and Lubricants Performance 3rd Generation (ChemPOL III) program. ASRC Federal will manage DLA’s ChemPOL commodities, servicing more than 5,000 global U.S. installations as well as allied partners through Foreign Military Sales (FMS). The supply chain management and logistics team at ASRC Federal has supported this program since its inception in 2007.

Services provided by ASRC Federal include precise demand planning, technical procurement, distribution hub management, and quality and obsolescence oversight. By accurately forecasting global demand, ASRC Federal maximizes readiness to the warfighter and allied partnersbyoptimizinginventory to achieve stringent on-time delivery metrics.ASRC Federal’sproprietary, integrated IT system enables real-time requisition processing, while a dedicated customer portal provides DLA withconstantvisibility ofChemPOLcommodities.

Lewis brings over 20 years of expertise across defense and civilian markets and is respected for her collaborative and results-driven approach. She has elevated win rates, strengthened stakeholder relationships, and delivered double digit growth across multiple organizations including Lockheed Martin, Raytheon, SAIC, and most recently at BAE Systems. As vice president business development and capture excellence at BAE Systems, Lewis and her team were responsible for leading over $10B in strategic opportunities which were critical to theElectronic Systems sector, driving competitive advantage and positioning the business for long-term success.

Most recently, O’Hara was the Business Development Director for General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT), and he previously held senior-level positions at Aerojet Rocketdyne, Ball Aerospace, Raytheon Technologies and Stanford Research Institute.

ASRC Federal is pleased to announce that Ann Stevens has joined as the company’s Chief Strategy Officer.

Stevens will spearhead the refinement and progression of the company’s enterprise strategy across all parts of the business, working closely with senior leadership across the organization. She will be responsible for ensuring clear alignment across ASRC Federal’s customer-focused operating groups, enterprise technology investments and communications strategies as they support critical challenges and changing customer needs. In this role, she will also oversee the enterprise program management and process excellence functions to foster greater collaboration, knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement throughout the business.

Stevens joins ASRC Federal after more than 20 years at Boeing where she led programs and teams across the federal defense and civilian government markets. Most recently, she led an organization of more than 3,000 professionals delivering mission solutions for customers in the national defense and security domains, from undersea to space.

Yang brings more than 30 years of expertise in federal IT to his new role and is recognized for building high-performing teams and forging relationships with key stakeholders across federal and defense markets.

Yang has extensive expertise in business development, strategic planning and pipeline management. As senior vice president for business development at ICF, Yang led strategic growth initiatives for the company’s $525M Technology Modernization portfolio, driving pipeline development and securing significant federal contracts.

Yang is a thought leader in technology modernization and national security. He was selected in 2025 as an Engage National Security 100 awardee for driving innovation, transparency and collaboration across the National Security sector, including DHS and the State Department. He also received the 2025 Ignite Digital Transformation Award and the Elite Titan Award from the Asian American Chamber of Commerce.

ASRC Federal announces Dan Cuviello as its new Chief Growth Officer. Cuviello has more than 25 years leading business development for government contracting companies.

“Dan brings great insight and decades of successful business development expertise to our organization,” said Jennifer Felix, president and CEO of ASRC Federal. “He is exactly what we need to sharpen our focus and lead our growth organization as we continue building an enterprise that provides an enduring future for our Alaska Native shareholders.”

Cuviello most recently served as senior vice president, corporate business development at CACI International. In this role, he led over 250 professionals across all aspects of the business development lifecycle, including capture management, proposal operations, pricing strategy, government-wide acquisition contracts (GWAC) execution, knowledge management and program transitions. During his tenure, Cuviello partnered with CACI’s operating segments to deliver the highest new business and recompete capture rates ever achieved, driving year-over-year record submissions and awards.

Prior to CACI, Cuviello spent nine years at Lockheed Martin in senior business development roles across several diverse lines of business as well as operations management roles.

ASRC Federal announces John Pisano as its new Chief Information Officer (CIO). Pisano will lead the corporate information technology strategy and partner with customers across the enterprise to advance ASRC Federal’s IT systems and processes.

Pisano brings more than 25 years of experience to ASRC Federal and has worked in the federal government contracting and IT services consulting industries. Most recently, he served as vice president, IT Infrastructure Engineering & Operations at Booz Allen Hamilton where he led the integration of IT architecture services, executed the global organization’s strategy for IT infrastructure and business applications/systems, and managed an extensive program portfolio within the IT organization.

In addition to supporting federal government customers, Pisano has served for nearly 30 years in the U.S. Army Reserve where he is currently a Brigade Command Sergeant Major.

“We have great confidence in John’s ability to innovate, operate and secure our information technology infrastructure,” said Jennifer Felix, president and chief executive officer of ASRC Federal. “His background and experience will be a great benefit to us as we continue to grow our business.”
